Compliance / Sales Agent position

About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven individuals with a strong sales personality to join our remote team as Compliance Specialists. This is a commission-based sales role with high earning potential for top performers. In this position, you will work directly with commercial trucking industry businesses and USDOT operators, helping them understand and fulfill their compliance obligations. Your role will involve educating clients on licensing requirements, assisting with application processes, and ensuring ongoing adherence to regulations, all while driving revenue through your sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial trucking industry by reaching out to potential clients and building a strong pipeline.

Educate and persuade clients on the importance of compliance services, effectively communicating the value and benefits of working with our company.
Close sales by guiding clients through the licensing process, addressing objections, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.

Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements to confidently address client questions and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Track and manage your sales progress, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Collaborate with the team to share best practices, refine sales techniques, and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Sales driven personality
Native or near-native English fluency.
All sales agents must have a good quality headset, a double monitor set up and a quiet space to work. It’s important to have agents that are used to working from home.

Job Type:
Full-time

Pay:
$2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

Schedule:
8 hours shifts – 9am to 5pm MST time
