Plain English: When you fill out a form on our site, we collect your contact details and business information so we can call you back and file your paperwork with the government. This Privacy Policy explains how US Permit & Processing LLC ("US Permit," "we," "us") collects and uses personal information on uspermit.us (the "Site"). Our "start a trucking company" forms (including Spanish versions) collect:
By submitting a lead form, you expressly consent to be contacted by phone and email about your request. Calling you back is the core of the service you are asking for.
When you order a service, our forms collect business details such as USDOT/MC numbers, addresses, and vehicle information, plus your electronic signature. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; your card data goes to the processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement (see Section 5).
Lead form submissions are saved in our site's database and also sent to a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account (a Google Sheet, via Google Apps Script) so our team can follow up. Submissions also trigger internal notification emails to our staff. To prevent duplicate entries, we keep a temporary token tied to your phone number for about 2 hours after you submit.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads conversion tracking with Enhanced Conversions to measure whether our ads work. With Enhanced Conversions, when you submit a form, Google's own tag converts your email address and phone number into a hashed code (SHA-256) before sending it to Google. Google uses this hashed data to match the conversion to an ad click; we do not send Google your readable email or phone number for this purpose. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and may support remarketing (showing you our ads later).
Your choices: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@uspermit.us or call 877-922-5666. We will honor your request except where we must keep records — for example, copies of filings we submitted to government agencies, payment records, and records the law requires us to retain.
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it (this Policy is that disclosure); request a copy of your information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion (with legal exceptions); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. To exercise these rights, use the contact methods above. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
We keep personal information as long as we need it to provide services, maintain required filing and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption on the Site. No website or system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.
The Site is for business use by adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We provide pages in English and Spanish for your convenience. If there is any difference between versions, the English version of this Policy controls.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
