All Individuals operating a vehicle that requires a CDL are to be enrolled in a Random Selection Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. (Includes Owner Operators) Enrollment Fees: $150.00 per driver per year. This includes: Proof of Driver enrolment; Drug testing policy; Access to 10,000 sites; Medical review; Random selection, post accident, and pre-employment testing (billed separately per test)
